   • Led a distributed UX design systems team through the Cerner-to-Oracle acquisition transition: kept Terra stable through corporate integration, then built a Redwood-themed bridge layer, then rebuilt healthcare components on Oracle Redwood for the next-generation EHR.
   • Founded and led the Moonbird initiative — a RAG-backed AI design pipeline with a vector database, MCP server, and Figma Make integration that generated design-system-aligned UI from natural-language briefs.
   • Developed the Domain Foundation methodology for encoding institutional design knowledge as machine-readable knowledge layers an AI can reason with.
   • Laid off as part of the March 2026 Oracle workforce reduction (the 5 a.m. 30,000-person email).

2. Cerner Corporation

   Senior UX Designer, Terra Design System

   • UX Foundations team member on Terra — Cerner’s open-source React component library that replaced the aging Bootstrap layer for hundreds of product teams shipping Cerner Millennium.
   • 80+ components, 200+ icons, full WCAG 2.1 AA audit via axe-core, Apache 2.0 license, used across the entire Millennium suite.
   • Designer working directly in the React codebase — co-owning component design and implementation alongside engineering.
